The story.

I run Sunburnt Space, an Australian company that builds and flies suborbital rockets. Our rockets reach over three minutes of microgravity, and we provide that window to space hardware companies who need to test their technology early before committing to full orbital missions.

It's a niche business. The people who need what we offer are specific, and finding them takes more than a Google search. They're building space hardware. They're at a particular stage of development. They need to test soon. Getting that combination right means knowing who to reach out to, why right now, and what to say.

Generic outreach doesn't work for that. A cold pitch to the wrong person at the wrong time is noise. A message that references something real — a recent funding round, a new payload announcement, a conference talk — is a conversation worth having.

So I built a system inside Claude to do it. It reads my network, finds the signals worth acting on, and drafts a message I'm actually happy to send. I used it in Sunburnt Space because I had to. It worked. So I packaged it up and made it available for everyone.

Why solo service businesses.

If the system works for finding customers for suborbital rocket flights, it works for coaches, consultants, and anyone else who needs to have the right conversation with the right person at the right time.

The problem is the same regardless of what you sell. You know who you should be talking to. You just never quite get around to it. Not because you don't want new clients, but because the gap between intention and action is wider than it looks.
